Admin Internship Position at ella

Internship imageella is currently looking for a PA/Administrative Support person.

Initially the role will suit either a Volunteer or an Intern and it will lead eventually to a fully paid (full or part time) position once we have achieved some additional funding support.

Working from offices based in London Bridge.


Hours are flexible but ideally between 10am to 4pm Monday to Thursday (16-24 hours per week).

We require someone who is highly organised, able to work under their own initiative, excellent (or a competent fast learner) word/excel/powerpoint skills and good with numbers.

They must have excellent communication skills as they will be supporting the CEO to support ella Chairs across the country.

Good references will be required

Example of expected roles:

Forum Planning • General Administration • Simple Book Keeping assistance to the Accountant • Presentations and document writing • Website Updates (After Training) • Administration and Handling of Chairs/Members Forum Reports  • Data Input  • Minute Taking

We are ideally looking for someone who will want to be developing their PA/Admin skills and gain an insight and understanding of Charities and Social Enterprises or even an experienced person looking to volunteer.

All travel and out of pocket expenses will be paid.
