Attending this Forum will give you the opportunity to find out more about ella and how being a member of this exclusive group can benefit you.
There will be an expert speaker in the first half of the session. Mike Burnage will talk about ‘Sharing Dreams’ and highlight how important it is not only yo share your dreams but also to find out the dreams of your team. This will be followed by a Peer Group Learning Session where guests will be encouraged to share personal or work related issues, opportunities or challenges that they are facing. Two of these topics will be explored in greater detail using open questioning and offering of solutions from peers.
The Milton Keynes Forum are being chaired by Zoe Raven; Zoe is the Chief Executive of Acorn Childcare, which runs ten children’s day nurseries, out-of-school clubs, forest schools and training for early years practitioners. Acorn started as a single nursery in 1989 and has grown to a turnover of £4.5m and with 228 employees. It changed its status to become a charitable company in 2012 and has plans to expand further, within Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire. Zoe is also Vice Chair of The Parks Trust, which manages 5000 acres of parks and landscapes in Milton Keynes. She has an MBA and has also worked as a teacher and university lecturer.
